The Lord preaches in Gita that he who looks upon
well-wishers and neutrals as well as mediaters, friends and foes, relatives and
inimicals, the virtuous and the sinful with equanimity stands supreme. This
(Chapter 6- Shloka 9)particular shloka substanciates the concepts of business
management where a leader has to face various circumstances while developing
his business. Most of the organisations run their businesses with the motive of
making profits. While Krishna throws light on the aspect of human touch while
running a business i.e the aspect of equanimity notwithstanding whether the
business at times makes losses due to circumstances which are beyond their
control. If one understands the significance of this Shloka in right
understanding it shows the way to run any establishment with consistent growth.
Ultimately it is the growth that counts which can happen when a business makes
consistent profits. Krishna also stresses the need for following ethics and
morals. If we analyse any Shloka of Krishna it gives a deeper meaning and shows
the way to achieve wisdom.
