The importance of yoga and relaxation

In his Yoga of wisdom preached to Arjuna, Krishna talks about rest and relaxation when the war was going on between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. This incident is cited by Sage Vyasa in Drona Parva when Arjuna successfully crossed the lotus formation and reached the needle point. Krishna says that Arjuna was not tired but the horses were tired and they were not machines;they need rest and they were thirsty. Arjuna creates an instantaneous fountain forming an artificial lake. The horses drank, Krishna quenched his thirst, washed his face and asked Arjuna to refresh himself. Krishna mentions that rest is the secret of efficient work and even from the view point of vested interest the steed or the slave must be provided with rest and recreation. Better work and rest are blood brothers. Rest is the mother of rejuvenation. I am quoting the above incidence from the great epic that human beings need rest at one point of time or other. Krishna redefines rest and rejuvenation are the integral part of concept of Yoga. This has been lucidly explained by Sage Vyasa. I beseech your views.
